Premier Equestrian Offers Toll-Free PVC Jumps Hotline

Sandy, UT- Premier Equestrian, one of the nation’s leading suppliers of high quality jumps, dressage arenas, rubber arena footing and stable accessories now offers a toll-free, “PVC JUMPS HOTLINE”. “There is a great deal of confusion in the marketplace about PVC jump products,” explains Mark Neihart, CEO and jump engineer at Premier Equestrian, “All products are not created equal. We set up the hotline because we felt equestrian consumers needed easy access to answers for their questions about PVC jump products. And it is not just about selling more products, this is about safety and consumer awareness.”

Equestrians with questions about PVC jumps can reach the hotline 1-800-611-6109. Frequently asked questions about PVC jump construction can also be accessed on their website at www.PremierEquestrian.com

Neihart also shared the 10 quality standards everyone should insist on before purchasing PVC jumps;

1) For safety, only purchase PVC jumps made from high-impact PVC.

2) Avoid breakaway sleeves holding feet onto standards.  They "break”.

3) Purchase pre-assembled jumps. Jumps designed with snap together engineering can also snap apart on impact.

4) Avoid PVC jumps that incorporate Plexiglas for color. Plexiglas shatters very easily on impact.  Insist on polyethylene for added color, which is virtually unbreakable.

5) Follow the rule above for faux stonework on wall jumps, avoid Plexiglas and foam construction.  Go with polyurethane molded stone finishes that won’t crack, chip or break.

6) Avoid painted PVC.  It may look nice in the beginning but once in use the paint can peel off in sheets.

7) Ask how wide jump standards are. Some companies cut costs by building 18” – 24” wide standards. A full 30” wide standard offers maximum stability.

8) Insist on UV treated PVC materials, so jumps won’t fade or discolor.

9) For stabilization and safety, purchase PVC jumps with heavily walled 4x4 base feet.

10) Only purchase jumps that come with a guarantee, from reputable companies that have excellent references from satisfied customers.

Not surprisingly Premier Equestrian’s PVC Pro jump line meets all of Neihart’s quality standards, including an aggressive 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime warranty against UV damage such as fading, discoloration and cracking. “Safety for the horse and product longevity are our top concerns," says Neihart, “We want to our customers to have complete confidence in the jumps they choose and hope the PVC Jump hotline will assist consumers in making the best choices.”
