The Burlingham Sports Horse Jump line features products molded from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). These products are molded in one piece, reducing the chance of stress to joints and structural failure. Metal is encapsulated inside of standards and gates, further reinforcing the strength of the material.
Other products you may be familiar with that are
molded from Polyethylene include trunks, buckets,
mounting blocks, shower curtains, unbreakable
bottles, pipes, drinking glasses, roadway barricades
and industrial trash cans. Polyethylene is tougher
than any material in marketplace today.
Features of the Burlingham Sports Jump Line
Jumps are available in 5’ and 6’ heights. The height is
clearly marked at each hole and features solid slide
through pinholes or pinless system. The base foot
attaches to the standards and allows for sand to be put
in for additional wind stability.
Products are molded in one-piece sections with detail
and décor on both sides. Color is molded into the material,
(never requires painting), then UV stabilized for further
reduction of stress from harsh conditions. Jumps are
lightweight.
Each 5’ standard weighs approximately 35lbs.
No maintenance is required. To clean the products a simple
water rinse will do. For an additional luster, furniture polish
may be used.
